We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Adult Support Worker (Night shift) to provide high-quality care and assistance to adults with diverse needs. This role involves supporting individuals in their daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their safety and well-being within home, community, or facility settings. The position offers 24 hours per week night shift work, with a focus on delivering person-centered care tailored to each individual’s requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult care environments and possess a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
Overley Hall is a warm, nurturing residential environment supporting adults with complex needs, autism and learning disabilities. We are looking for kind, dedicated Part-Time Support Workers who can bring patience, positivity and compassion to the lives of our residents. You will work within a supportive team helping individuals build independence, life skills, confidence and joy in everyday living.
Your role will involve:
- Supporting adults with personal care and daily routines
- Promoting independence, communication and emotional wellbeing
- Supporting engagement in meaningful activities on-site and in the community
- Encouraging choice-making, social development and life skills
- Maintaining accurate records and safeguarding at all times
- Working as part of a professional, reflective and person-centred team

What we are looking for:
- A caring nature, reliability and commitment to safeguarding
- Ability to work within the 8pm–8am window
- Teamwork, resilience and professional communication skills
- No experience required – full training provided
- Desirable but not essential: experience in care and/or Level 2/3 Health & Social Care
