The Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised HR & Business Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our HR and business operations teams. This is a varied role, ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in HR, business administration, or management within the care and education sector.

- Support management meetings — prepare documents, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Assist with general business administration such as correspondence, filing, data input, and purchasing.
- Provide support in health & safety administration, including maintaining training records and assisting with audits (training provided if required).
Person Specification
- Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills.

- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise a busy workload.
- Confident working both independently and within a team environment.
- Preferable but not essential: IOSH qualification and/or experience in Health & Safety administration.
- Previous experience in HR or business administration is desirable but full training will be provided.
